Usage of Golden Naturals Vloeibare Groenlipmossel:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with water before meals. This recommended amount may also be taken all at once. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 to 2 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
