Usage of Mattisson AlkaGreens Poeder Vegan:
Take 1 to 2 generous tablespoons (approx. 10-20 grams) once daily, dissolved in 200 ml of water or smoothie.Preferably take half an hour before the meal.
Do not take simultaneously with medication. Allow at least 1-2 hours between taking medication.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Warning:
Do not use if you have existing liver conditions or bile duct disorders. Turmeric can cause liver problems in rare cases. Consult your doctor if you experience jaundice or other unusual symptoms.
Contains caffeine due to the presence of matcha and is therefore not suitable for children and pregnant women.
