Usage of Mattisson AlkaGreens Absolute SuperSmoothie Poeder:
Take 10 grams of AlkaGreens Powder (1 level scoop) 1-3 times daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. It's best to dissolve it in water, fruit juice, or mix it into a smoothie.Preferably take half an hour before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
