Usage of Orthovitaal Groene Thee Extract 500 mg:
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with a meal. Do not take the capsules close to bedtime, as this may make it difficult to fall asleep.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
