Fytomed Cistus spray is a complex, which means that the product is composed of multiple herbs. Fytomed Cistus spray is composed of a total of three herbs: Rose Cistus, Grapefruit Seed, and Peppermint. The peppermint oil is the most important ingredient and also ensures that the complex has a very pleasant taste.Peppermint (Menthae piperitiae) is a herb belonging to the Lamiaceae family. It originated from a cross between water mint and spearmint and was discovered in a mint field in England in the seventeenth century. The leaves of this plant naturally have a camphor-like flavor, but the typical peppermint flavor develops after herbal extraction.
Cistus incanus, or the Cistus rose, belongs to the rockrose family. It is a plant that grows in the Mediterranean region and is known for its beneficial properties and high concentration of polyphenols.

Rose cistus, grapefruit seed and peppermint oil (flavoring).Excipients: Water 2H2O, organic ethanol, vegetable glycerol.
Usage of Fytomed Cistus Spray Biologisch:
You take 8 sprays 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take just before or during a meal. Spray 4 times into the mouth, wait a few seconds, and then spray another 4 times. Do not swallow. Shake before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Suitable for ages 12 and up.
