Jarrow Formulas Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) 30: 1 extract is standardised to contain a total of 80% milk thistle seed flavonoids, including the important Silymarin fractions isosilybinins A and B, silybinins A and B, silycharin and silydianin.This specific group of flavonoids, collectively known as Silymarin, supports liver function by helping to maintain protective glutathione levels.

Each capsule contains:Milk thistle seed extract 30:1 (Silybum marianum) 150 mg
- of which 80% flavonoids 120 mg
