Night with glycine, magnesium, and Montmorency cherry. Bio-active formula.Night Support is specially formulated for people who have difficulty falling asleep at night, suffer from insomnia, or have other sleep disorders. It contains natural nutrients with sleep-inducing and sleep-regulating properties, especially Montmorency cherry, a natural source of melatonin.
Composition of SanoPharm Night Support:
Every 2 grams contains:Montmorency kers 400 mg
- of which melatonin: 0.3 mg
Magnesium citrate 22.13 mg
Glycine 1000 mg
Hop extract 4:1 150 mg
This product is: Wheat, gluten and yeast free, free from added sugars or artificial sweeteners, free from added colours, flavours and fragrances, free from preservatives, free from genetic engineering.
Use of SanoPharm Night Support:
Take 2 grams once daily with a small amount of water or juice (stir well!), preferably 2 hours after dinner or 1 hour before bedtime, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.To enhance this effect and stimulate natural melatonin production, it's advisable to sleep in the dark and create a relaxing environment by gradually dimming the lights at least an hour before bedtime. Turn off all screens at least an hour before bedtime.
Alcohol and sugar reduce the effect of this product.
