Usage of Mattisson Matcha Latte Gember-Ceylon Kaneel Biologisch:
Per cup, dissolve 2 teaspoons (8 grams) of powder in warm water or (plant-based) milk, then add the remaining hot liquid (max. 70 degrees Celsius). For an extra creamy latte, blend it in a blender. Sweetener, such as honey, coconut syrup, or coconut blossom sugar, can be added as desired.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding. Contains caffeine.
