Zinc bisglycinate, vegetarian capsule: pullulan (from fermented cassava starch), anti-caking agent: rice concentrate.Note: This product is temporarily in a different capsule. This is the vegetarian capsule made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. However, the composition of the active ingredients in the product has not changed.
Vitals Zinc 15 mg is guaranteed free of: gluten, lactose, soy, preservatives, and synthetic fragrances, colors, and flavors. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Vitals Zinkbisglycinaat 15 mg:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.Stick to the recommended dosage unless otherwise advised by your health professional.

Let op:
Zinc and copper are antagonists. A high zinc intake (50 mg or more per day) over a prolonged period (longer than a month) can lead to a low copper status, which is undesirable. However, a copper status that is too high is also undesirable, especially for the elderly.
Vitals has therefore consciously chosen not to combine zinc and copper in this product, assuming that there is a good chance that someone also takes a daily multivitamin and mineral supplement and thus already gets some extra copper.
