Mattisson Maca Blend Tres Colores Organic is an organic Maca Blend containing Yellow, Red, and Black Maca.Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is a tuberous plant that grows at high altitudes, between 3,000 and 4,500 meters above sea level, in the Peruvian Andes. Black Maca is the rarest. Red Maca has the most active compounds. Yellow Maca is the best known. Maca is the only edible plant that survives at this altitude and is also known as the Ginseng of the Andes.
Ingredients of Mattisson Maca Blend Biologisch:
33.3% Maca Rood* (Lepidium meyenii), 33.3% Maca Geel* (Lepidium meyenii), 33.3% Maca Zwart* (Lepidium meyenii).*= Of biological origin.
Usage of Mattisson Maca Blend Biologisch:
Mix 1-2 level teaspoons (approximately 3-6 grams) with juice, salad, smoothie, or yogurt 1-3 times daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
