Mattisson Maca Blend Tres Colores Biologisch is an organic Maca Blend containing yellow, red and black maca.Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is a root vegetable that grows at high altitudes, between 3,000 and 4,500 meters above sea level, in the Peruvian Andes. Black maca is the rarest. Red maca contains the most active ingredients. Yellow maca is the most well-known. Maca is the only edible plant that survives at this altitude and is also known as the ginseng of the Andes.

40% Maca Rood (Lepidium meyenii)*, 40% Maca Geel (Lepidium meyenii)*, 20% Maca Zwart (Lepidium meyenii)*.*= Of biological origin.
Usage of Mattisson Maca Blend Biologisch:
Mix 1-2 scoops (3 grams) 1 to 3 times a day with juice, salads, smoothies or yoghurt.Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
