Application of New Care Vetzuren Balans:
New Care Fatty Acid Balance is a combination of black cumin oil, blackcurrant oil, and algae oil. Together, this combination of oils provides a good dose of at least 100 mg of omega-3 (20%), 200 mg of omega-6 (40%), and 60 mg of omega-9 (12%) fatty acids per capsule.Black cumin (Nigella sativa or Black cumin seed) is an annual herb with light blue flowers and feathery leaves. It originated in Egypt and is known as Ketzah in the Old Testament. In Arabic, it is called "Habat et Baraka," or "The Seed of Blessing." A high-quality oil is extracted from the seeds by cold pressing. This oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, including oleic acid (omega-9).
In the 18th century, blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) was described as "the shrub of a thousand virtues." The oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids, including the omega-6 fatty acid GLA.
Algal oil provides a direct source of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are directly usable by our bodies.

Every 3 capsules (= daily dose) contain:Black Cumin Oil (Nigella sativa) 501 mg
Blackcurrant Oil (Ribes nigrum) 501 mg
(omega-6 fatty acids, 14% GLA)
Algae oil501 mg
(omega-3 fatty acids, 15% EPA and 30% DHA)
Vitamin E, natural 15 mg

Ingredients of New Care Vetzuren Balans:
Black cumin oil, blackcurrant oil, algae oil, capsule: bovine gelatin, humectant: glycerol and water, d-alpha-tocopheryl, color: copper chlorophyllin.New Care Fatty Acid Balance contains no sugar, gluten, yeast, lactose, colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
Usage of New Care Vetzuren Balans:
As a starting dose, you take 1 capsule twice a day during the first week.After a week, you can increase the dosage to 1 capsule 3 times a day (finish the packaging).
For a maintenance dose, take one capsule once daily. Swallow the capsules with water.
Do not exceed the recommended dose unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Every person is different. The optimal dosage can also vary for each person. This depends on personal factors such as diet and lifestyle. Generally, it is recommended to use the starting dosage for one package (60 capsules). Then, you can reduce the dosage to the maintenance dosage. Personal factors may dictate using the starting dosage for a longer or shorter period.
