The LunaeTerra Juice Cleanse is a complete package for 7 days of juice cleansing. You can choose between a short cleanse (1 day) or the long cleanse (7 days). The cleanse is easy to use and easy to stick to.This combination package contains all the juices for a successful fasting week:

Fasting has been a concept since antiquity. For many religions, it is a method for reflection.
It literally means 'abstaining from...' We usually think of food in this context. But there are also cultures in which people fast by not speaking or by abstaining from certain luxuries.

Lactic acid bacteria are among the most important bacteria in the gut flora. You can also find these lactic acid bacteria (including lactobacilli) in a probiotic, for example.

- 3 bottles of LunaeTerra mixed vegetable juice (700 ml)
- 3 bottles of LunaeTerra vegetable cocktail juice (700 ml)

Tomato juice** 66%, Carrot juice** 13%, Sauerkraut juice** 6%, Beetroot juice** 4%, Celery juice** 4%, Paprika puree** 2%, Pickle juice** 2%, Onion juice** 1%, Green bean juice**, Dill juice**, Herb salt*.

You can juice fast at any time of the year. Spring is usually preferred.The 1-day juice cleanse:
If you would like a mild cleanse, you can do a juice cleanse day regularly.
Instead of your normal diet, consume exclusively 1 bottle of LunaeTerra Vegetable Juice supplemented with water and herbal tea for 1 day.
The 7-day juice cleanse:
If you want an intensive juice fast, the 7-day juice cleanse is ideal for you.
You start with 3 preparatory tapering days, followed by the 7 juice cleanse days, and finally, you use the 3 build-up days to start eating full meals again.
