This Go4Balance Empower Cream is composed of the following ingredients:- Grapefruit essence (Citrus grandis): has a very refreshing, clarifying and purifying effect on the mind.

Black pepper essential oil (Piper nigrum): has a general warming, vitalizing, and stimulating effect. Ideal for use when feeling tired. It gives you a push in the right direction when life seems stuck. Empower removes blockages and creates a positive self-image, restoring self-confidence and willpower. Usage of Go4Balance Empower Crème:
Massaging the soles of your feet reduces tension throughout the body. All internal organs are connected by nerve pathways with reflex points on the surface of the soles of your feet.You take a small amount of cream and apply it to the soles of your feet.
For its stimulating effect, you should only use Empower Cream during the day. This will prevent it from disrupting your sleep pattern.
Gently massage the cream in for 5-10 minutes (or longer if desired).
