Composition of Go4Balance Trust Crème:
This Go4Balance Trust Cream is composed of the following ingredients:- Cedarwood essential oil (Cedrus atlanticus): provides immovable strength in crisis situations, helping you to remain standing in the face of events and powerful emotions that threaten to undermine your self-confidence and morale.
- Sweet Orange Essence (Citrus aurantium dulcis): The essence of sweet orange is said to bring joy, stimulate playfulness, dispel gloomy thoughts and has a calming, sedative effect.
Vetiver essential oil (Vetiveria zizanioides): provides calm and has a stabilizing effect in times of stress, tense situations, and mental exhaustion. This essential oil also has a grounding effect, helping people who are no longer living in reality to feel grounded and strengthening their self-awareness.
Usage of Go4Balance Trust Crème:
Massaging the soles of your feet reduces tension throughout the body. All internal organs are connected by nerve pathways with reflex points on the surface of the soles of your feet.Take a small amount of cream and apply it to the soles of your feet in the morning, afternoon or evening.
Gently massage the cream in for 5-10 minutes (or longer if desired).
Apply 1 to 2 times a day as desired.
Other suggestions besides massaging the soles of the feet include the following contact zones or reflex points:
For anxiety, nervousness:
Apply the Trust Cream to the left and right front of the body at the attachment of the large pectoral muscles (lung meridian) against the shoulder joint and massage the cream in using a lemniscate movement (circular figure eight movement).
For nervous stomach upset or cramps:
Apply a small amount of Trust Cream to the area three fingers' width above the navel and massage the cream into the area using lemniscate movements (circular figure-of-eight movements).
For feelings of restlessness, hyperactivity, sleep problems, excitement:
Apply a small amount of Trust Cream to the area above the left and right elbow and massage the cream in using gentle lemniscate movements (circular figure eight movements).
Warning:
- For external use only.
- Do not apply to open wounds or on irritated/damaged skin.
- Do not expose the skin to the sun or sunbed for 24 hours after application (photosensitizing effect of the citrus essences).
- Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
