Application of Artgerecht Nzym:
NZYM is a carefully formulated combination of 12 different enzymes, supplemented with zinc and other trace elements. The formula was developed with attention to the quality and provenance of the ingredients.The enzymes in NZYM are derived from natural sources such as pineapple and papaya. A gentle production process and natural fermentation from plant-based ingredients ensure high product quality.
NZYM contains several types of enzymes, including proteases, bromelain, and papain. Proteases are enzymes involved in breaking down proteins into smaller components, such as amino acids. Bromelain and papain are enzymes that occur naturally in pineapple and papaya, respectively, and are widely used in food and enzyme products.
The product features a broad enzyme spectrum and contains ProCerelase®, a specially formulated enzyme complex. The enzymes used are selected based on their plant origin and are obtained through fermentation.
