Take 1 capsule twice a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take on an empty stomach or at least 3 hours after a meal.
Take the first capsule immediately after getting up, the second 20 minutes before the last meal or before going to bed.
In the first week (or in case of acute need) increase the intake to 6 to 12 capsules per day.
