Bioactive substances for optimal absorption
All Golden Naturals multivitamins are highly absorbable thanks to their bioactive ingredients. "Bioactive" means the body doesn't need to convert the substance first: the active ingredient can start working immediately, thus achieving optimal effectiveness. Ease of use has also been considered, so you only need to take your multivitamin at one time of day. Furthermore, the multivitamins contain vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P).
