Take 1 melt tablet daily, preferably between meals, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably let the tablets dissolve under the tongue and do not consume any food or drink for 15 minutes after taking them. This contributes to optimal absorption.
Do not exceed the maximum dosage of 8 melt tablets per day.
