Use of Vitalize BacterieMix:
You take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take before going to sleep; if taking 2 capsules per day, take 1 with breakfast and 1 before going to sleep. If you are using antibiotics at the same time, wait 4 hours before taking probiotics.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
