100% Baking Soda (Sodium Carbonate).Usage of Mattisson Baking Soda Zuiveringszout Natriumbicarbonaat:
Internal use: Add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water once a day.If used as a leavening agent, an acid (e.g. lemon juice) must be added.
(1 part equals 3 parts baking powder).
External use:
As bath salts, about 100 grams in a warm bath.
To be used in combination with coconut oil as a natural deodorant.
Add a tablespoon to the washing machine or use as a natural cleaning agent.
As a stain remover, leave to soak for an hour and then wash as usual.
