Wear it during activities that cause discomfort. If you have any questions about your injury, ask your doctor.Pull the brace over your hand, fingers first.
Insert your thumb through the thumb hole and place the extra reinforcement on the outside of your wrist joint.
Pull the support/brace up and adjust it with the extra strap around your wrist.
Machine wash your support in cold water (approximately 30°C) on the delicate or wool cycle. Wash separately with detergent without additives (do not use fabric softener or Woolite, and do not use bleach). Lay your support flat and let it air dry; do not put it in the dryer. Proper washing and drying ensures that the fabric of your support retains its elasticity and original fit.
