Take 10 grams of AlkaGreens Powder (1 level scoop) 1-3 times daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Dissolve in water, fruit juice, or mix into a smoothie.Preferably take half an hour before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
