Optimal multi for the over-60s!As we age, our bodies change, and so do our vitamin and mineral needs. Golden Naturals Multi Senior is specifically designed for seniors (60+) and serves as a supplement to their daily diet. Thiamine (vitamin B1), vitamin B12, vitamin C, and calcium support energy levels. Vitamin B12, vitamin C, and vitamin D3 also contribute to strong immunity. Vitamin B12 plays a role in cell division, and vitamin C helps maintain strong blood vessel walls. Multi Strong Senior also contains folic acid (folate) and vitamin A. Several other beneficial nutrients have been added to this multivitamin, namely lutein, zeaxanthin, calcium, coenzyme Q10, and the natural antioxidant pterostilbene. Multi Strong Senior is copper- and iron-free (no risk of accumulation).
Bioactive substances for optimal absorption
All Golden Naturals multivitamins are highly absorbable thanks to their bioactive ingredients. "Bioactive" means the body doesn't need to convert the substance first: the active ingredient can start working immediately, thus achieving optimal effectiveness. Ease of use has also been considered, so you only need to take your multivitamin at one time of day. Furthermore, the multivitamins contain vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P).
