All important vitamins and minerals in one!Golden Naturals Multi Strong Gold contains all the essential vitamins and minerals in a high dose in their bioactive, easily absorbable form. This multivitamin is specifically formulated for men and women aged 18 to 60. The composition focuses on optimally absorbable substances and compounds, in optimal ratios and dosages. Vitamin B6, B11 (folate), vitamin B12, vitamin C, and vitamin D3 help maintain good immunity. Vitamins B2, B6, B11, B12, and vitamin C support fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, and vitamin C are beneficial for the nervous system. Vitamins B1, B6, B11, B12, and vitamin C support mental functions and mood. These include memory and concentration, and help with feelings of stress and tension. Several other nutrients have also been added to this multivitamin, such as zeaxanthin, lutein, and coenzyme Q10.
