Fatty fish is rich in the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.Fish obtain these fatty acids by eating algae containing EPA and DHA.

This algae oil is derived from the microalga Schizochytrium sp.

Algae oil (Schizochytrium sp. oil, sunflower oil, rosemary extract, tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate), humectant: glycerol (rapeseed, palm and coconut oil), vegetarian capsule: modified corn starch, thickener: carrageenan (seaweed), humectant: water, acidity regulator: sodium carbonate.Allergen information: this product contains no: sugar, gluten, yeast, lactose, soy, colorings, flavorings, or fragrances.
Usage of Puur Rineke Visvrije Omega 3 EPA & DHA:
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably with breakfast.Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Safety : these capsules are safe to use at the indicated dosage.
Also for young children, the elderly, and during breastfeeding/lactation.
