Synofit Calcium Complex softgels with optimally absorbable Calcium & Magnesium for maintaining strong bones. It is a unique formula with Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese & Copper.Calcium from red algae: Red algae (Lithothamnium calcareum) is known to naturally contain high levels of calcium. This product uses Aquamin F® from Iceland.
Magnesium is a versatile mineral that plays a role in bone formation. Highly absorbable magnesium citrate is used in this product.
Vitamin D & K
Vitamin K2-MK7 from MenaQ7® is a highly absorbable form of Vitamin K. Vitamin D increases calcium uptake in the bones, and Vitamin K is used for the uptake of minerals into bone tissue.

Furthermore, this product contains the minerals Zinc, Manganese, and Copper.

Use of Synofit Calcium Plus:
Take 1 softgel twice daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning: If you are using a coumarin derivative (this is a specific type of anticoagulant such as acenocoumarol, fenprocoumon, and warfarin), consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this vitamin K2 supplement.
