The powerful combination of vitamin K2 and D3 is becoming increasingly well-known. Both vitamins enhance each other's effectiveness (synergy). This product from Golden Naturals contains patented vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) and vitamin D3 from cholecalciferol. It also contains vitamin C, which benefits elastic veins and supports the maintenance of strong blood vessel walls and strong bones. OPC from grape seed extract is good for blood circulation*. Vitamin K is beneficial for normal bone formation and blood clotting. Vitamin D stimulates the production of vitamin K-dependent proteins. Furthermore, it ensures that calcium reaches the right places in the body and is properly absorbed. This is important for maintaining strong bone tissue. Vitamin D is also important for the cell renewal process and supports the body's immune system. Vitamin K2 (menachinon-7, vitaMK7® Gnosis) 200 mcg
BioPerine® (Piper nigrum L. extract) 3 mg

Usage of Golden Naturals Vitamine K2 MK-7 200 mg & D3 25 mg:
Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
