Capsule shell (bulker hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent cellulose, inositol hexanicotinate, thiamine hydrochloride, niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, lecithin [soy], PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), riboflavin, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), sodium riboflavin - 5-phosphate, stabilizer gum arabic, methylcobalamin, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt, rice bran and germ, D-biotin, sunflower oil.Usage of KAL Coenzym B-Complex:
Take 1 capsule daily unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
