Arkopharma Forcapil Hair & Nails is a dietary supplement based on amino acids, vitamins and zinc.Hair is mainly made up of keratin, a protein that provides elasticity, strength and shine.
This protein is made from sulfur-containing amino acids, cystine and methionine, under the influence of zinc and B vitamins. Keratin is also a main component of the nail.
Zinc plays a role in normal protein synthesis. Vitamin B8 and zinc help keep hair healthy, supple, shiny, and strong. Zinc also helps maintain healthy nails.
