Linomil contains 57% alpha-linolenic acid, a plant-based omega-3 fatty acid.Alpha-linolenic acid can be converted into EPA and DHA in the body in the presence of sufficient magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6.
Alpha-linolenic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (with a minimum daily intake of 2 grams).

Each softgel contains:Linseed oil (organic) 1000 mg
- ALA (50% Alpha-linolenic acid - omega 3, 15% oleic acid - omega 9)
Other ingredients: Gelatin (coating agent), Glycerin (gelling agent).
