Vitals Every Day 50+ is a carefully designed multivitamin supplement specifically for those aged 50 and over. The formula deliberately excludes iron and copper, and instead contains added vitamins B12, D3, K2, and Q10. All dosages and ratios are tailored to changing needs. The addition of alpha-lipoic acid and pterostilbene completes this modern multivitamin. The vegetarian capsules are easy to swallow and can be opened to mix the contents with other ingredients.

Every Day 50+ Capsules is based on the composition of Every Day 50+ Tablets. Two capsules of this multivitamin have the same composition as one Every Day 50+ Tablet, with the exception of Vitamin C, D3, Calcium, and Magnesium (due to space limitations). Every Day 50+ Capsules offer a good alternative for people who, for whatever reason, prefer not to swallow tablets. The capsules can be opened if desired, and the contents can be mixed with (cold) food.

Minerals, vitamins, vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented starch), rice flour (Oryza sativa), choline bitartrate, lutein, Q10, mesozeaxanthin, stabilizer (calcium acetate), mixed tocopherols, citrus bioflavonoid complex (Citrus sinensis), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), alpha-lipoic acid, lycopene (Solanum lycopersicum), pterostilbene, zeaxanthin, beta-carotene, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel], hydroxypropylcellulose).

This product is free from: gluten, lactose, soy, GMO, preservatives and synthetic fragrances, colours and flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage of Vitals Elke Dag 50+ Capsules:

Take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warning:
The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also called vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by vitamin K intake from food and supplements.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. (Mandatory labeling for products containing more than 20 mcg of vitamin D per daily dose.)
