DeBa Pharma's Vitamin B3 consists of nicotinic acid (niacin). Vitamin B3 plays a crucial role in energy production, as it plays a prominent role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.Nicotinic acid can cause a flush (a warm feeling on the skin) in certain doses, but this is completely harmless. You can avoid this by always taking niacin with meals.

Usage of DeBa Pharma Niacin Vitamine B3 10 mg:
Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with some water after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
