The vaginal flora is 75% inhabited by the bacterial strains Lactobacillus crispatus, Lactobacillus brevis and Lactobacillus acidophilus.It is therefore logical that in the event of a disturbance of the vaginal flora with all its associated complaints and consequences, the original inhabitants should emigrate to the vagina.

LactoGyn Crispatus is user-friendlyIf your flora is weakened: start with 2 capsules per day for a period of 15 days, then 1 capsule per day for 15 days.
For maintenance: 1 capsule per day for 15 days, every 2 to 3 months.
In combination with an antibiotic or a local/general antifungal, it is important to take LactoGyn Crispatus from the first day of treatment until three weeks afterward. A two-hour interval is recommended between taking an antibiotic and LactoGyn Crispatus.
