Hericium Erinaceus, also known as Lion's Mane, wig mushroom, or Monkey Head mushroom, is an aromatic edible mushroom found worldwide, including in Europe. The fungus grows on wounds in deciduous trees and is currently primarily cultivated. In China, the mushroom is known as a delicacy due to its taste and aroma.Mycopower BIO Hericium is a vegetarian and gluten-free food supplement.
The extract is produced from Hericium powder via a natural extraction method, in which the polysaccharide content is standardized. Hericium contains, among other things, polysaccharides and all essential amino acids (except methionine and tryptophan). The polysaccharide content of the extract is 30%.
