PalmitoylEthanolAmide, Microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), HPMC capsule (shell).Usage of Mattisson PEA Strong 400 mg:
During the first two months, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with a meal and water, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.If you find it easier, the daily dose can also be taken all at once (preferably 3 capsules in the morning).
If desired, a maintenance dose of 2 capsules per day can be switched to later.
A nutritional supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet, but can be a useful addition.
