Each 2 capsules contain:Flaxseed oil 1000 mg
Alpha Linolenic Acid 500 mg
Linoleic acid concentration 120 mg
Mixed tocopherols 10 mg

Flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.). Capsule shell of plant origin: Firming agent cassava, gelling agent: glycerol, humectant: purified water.Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Use of Arkopharma Lijnzaadolie Arkocaps:
Children aged 6-18: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Adults: 1 capsule in the morning, afternoon, and evening, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
