PeaPlex contains pure, high-dose palmitoylethanolamide (from the patented PeaPure) supplemented with B vitamins for a synergistic effect. This product is primarily intended for people who are not yet taking a multivitamin or B-complex supplement. However, it can also be used alongside a multivitamin from the Elke Dag series if desired. Research shows that B vitamins (particularly B1, B6, and B12) can support the effect of PEA on the nervous system.The B vitamins in PeaPlex® support health in various ways. For example, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, and biotin contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system. In addition, vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid have a positive effect on the immune system. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D, and some neurotransmitters. Finally, vitamin B2 helps protect healthy body cells.

For optimal absorption and utilization of PEA, it's crucial to choose a supplement that is as pure as possible and has a high dosage. PeaPure contains 400 mg of pure palmitoylethanolamide (PeaPure) per vegetarian capsule, without unnecessary additives.

Usage of Vitals PeaPlex:
You take 1 capsule three times a day for the first 2 months, unless otherwise advised by a health professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
The daily dose can also be taken in two doses (for example 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening).
Stick to the recommended dosage.
It is strongly recommended to use PeaPlex consistently for at least two months. Most PeaPlex users notice a difference after just a few weeks. After two months, you may consider:
- continue taking one capsule twice a day
- reduce intake to one capsule once a day
- to stop taking the medication
If the results decrease after lowering the dosage, it is recommended to increase the dosage again to one capsule two or three times a day.
Warning:
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
If you have reduced liver or kidney function, it may be advisable to increase your dosage. Start with one capsule per day and increase it to the normal daily dose of three capsules within a week.
There is insufficient data on the safety of PeaPlex during pregnancy. Therefore, use during pregnancy is not recommended.
