To be used directly undiluted.Fill the measuring cap with 10 to 15 ml of mouthwash.
Rinse your mouth for 30 seconds and spit out.
Use twice daily after brushing your teeth.
Warning:
Suitable for adults only.
Do not swallow.
Prolonged use can result in discoloration of teeth.
