Apply to the desired area(s) several times a day as needed and then massage in gently and lightly. The ingredients penetrate quickly and deeply into the sensitive muscle tissue, where they quickly have a beneficial effect on local blood flow. Wash hands after use.Can be used on shoulders, neck, legs, back, arms, wrists, fingers, knees and calves.
