Usage of De Cruydhof Carduus Marianus - Elix Mariadistel Tinctuur:
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 15 to 20 drops in a small amount of water three times a day. Children aged 2 to 15 should take the same number of drops as their age.Shake before use.
