HumaSoak is a 100% natural product consisting of humic and fulvic acid. The powder dissolves easily in water and is highly concentrated, so you only need a tiny amount per bath.HumaSoak bath powder has a similar effect to the wraps and mud baths you take at a wellness center. 7.5 grams (3 heaping teaspoons of 5 ml) for an average-sized bathtub (oversized tub 10 grams). The bathwater will be like weak coffee grounds. The ideal water temperature is 41 degrees Celsius. Chlorine-free water is strongly recommended (if your water contains chlorine, neutralize it first with an anti-chlorine tablet). Start with a 7-8 minute bath and build up to 20 minutes (over a period of 1-2 weeks). Never exceed 20 minutes. Drink plenty of water before and after your bath. Relax for 1.5 hours after bathing.For optimal results:
Use HumaSoak as a treatment initially: 9 baths in the first three weeks, so three times a week. Then once or twice a week to continue supporting your body.
To fully benefit from the effects of HumaSoak, it is advisable to take some time to relax after your bath – an hour of rest would be ideal.
It's wonderful to end a long workday with a HumaSoak bath. Eat a light meal beforehand at most, and never take a bath immediately afterward; healthy digestion requires blood in the digestive system, and a warm bath actually draws blood to the body's surface. Therefore, a warm bath on a full stomach is very uncomfortable.
