Recommended Use: Individual needs may vary.Start by taking 2 grams (1 teaspoon) per day and gradually increase as needed to a maximum of 4 grams (2 teaspoons) per day.
Mag365 can be taken during or outside of meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The dose can be taken all at once or divided into 2 to 3 doses during the day.
