NutriSens CreamYam.When the body experiences a natural decrease in progesterone, it causes a host of unpleasant symptoms for women. It happens during menopause when hormonal imbalance occurs. In case of premenopause : apply a quarter teaspoon morning and evening at the level of the elbow crease (at the place where blood samples are taken) 15 days a month, during the 2nd part of the cycle, i.e. from the 14th day until the next period (in case of irregular periods and cycles, continue until the next period arrives).During menopause : apply a quarter teaspoon daily morning and evening to the elbow crease (at the site of blood tests).
Ideally, these daily applications should be continued for several years, at least until the age of 70-75.
In the case of classical hormone replacement therapy, you can stop this and start Yam Cream immediately, knowing that there will be a transition period of 2-3 months (sometimes accentuating hot flushes and other signs of menopause).
