The active ingredients in PhytoSens are essential oils with specific actions.

The dosage of PhytoSens' ingredients are responsible amounts of essential oils and cannot be compared to the dosage of standard phytotherapeutic products.
Composition of Perfect Health Solutions PhytoSens PhytOPTIM:
1 capsule contains:Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) 920 mg
Jatamansi (Nardostachys Jatamansi) 340 mg
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) 100 mg
Other ingredients: green clay, Lycopodium clavatum (ground trace elements), carob gum powder, colloidal silica, glucose, cellulose (vegetable capsule).
This product is free from: preservatives, synthetic sweeteners and flavours, gelatine, lactose, animal ingredients, gluten and soya.
This product is allergen-free and not tested on animals.
Usage of Perfect Health Solutions PhytoSens PhytOPTIM:
As a recommended dose, adults take 2 x 2 capsules daily 10 minutes before meals with a glass of water.In case of a sensitive stomach, take during meals.
Do not exceed recommended dosage unless otherwise advised.
A food supplement should not replace a varied diet or an unhealthy lifestyle.
In case of pregnancy and lactation halve dosage.
Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Long-term use only on the advice of a professional.
