Methylation Pro Essentials contains the complete range of B vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folate, and biotin in their natural forms. Methylation Pro Essentials is an improved version of our Methylation Essentials, which contained vitamins B2, B6, B12, and folic acid. This base has been expanded with the other B vitamins, zinc, and trimethylglycine for a complete formula with methyl donors and cofactors.Synthetic, non-natural forms of B vitamins are often used in dietary supplements. These include vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin, vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl, and folic acid in its inactive form. In some populations, these forms of B vitamins are not optimally metabolized. The advantage of a supplement containing the biologically active forms of B vitamins is that they are better absorbed and no longer need to be metabolized in the body, making them immediately available to the body.
Methylation occurs in all cells and because methylation is so essential, it must proceed properly.

Usage of CellCare Supplements Methylatie Pro Essentials:
