Usage of New Care Multi Man:
Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with a meal. Take the tablet with water. The tablets may be crushed and taken in water or yogurt, for example. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not suitable for children under 18 years.
Ginseng may affect blood clotting. Consult a doctor if using in combination with anticoagulants.
