Melatonin is an endogenous substance produced in our pineal gland. In the sleep-wake rhythm, the body's own production of melatonin plays an important role.Shiepz Melatonin Original contains a dose of 0.1 mg melatonin per melting tablet. The tablets melt easily in the mouth and therefore the melatonin is quickly released to the body.

Each melting tablet contains:Melatonin 0.1 mg
Vitamin B6 0.28 mg
Ingredients of Shiepz Melatonine Original 0,1 mg:
Lactose, filler (cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin.Use of Shiepz Melatonine Original 0,1 mg:
Adults take up to 1 to 2 tablets 1 hour before bedtime. For fast release, melt the tablets under the tongue. Preferably keep a fixed time of day. Stick to the recommended dosage unless otherwise advised.Adults up to 2 tablets per night, unless otherwise advised.
Use in hypersensitivity, children under 12 years of age, autoimmune disease, pregnant women and when breastfeeding is not advised.
