Lactose, bulking agent (cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin.Use of Shiepz Melatonine Original 0,1 mg:
Adults take 1 to 2 tablets 1 hour before bedtime. For rapid release, let the tablets dissolve under the tongue. Preferably maintain a fixed time. Adhere to the recommended dosage unless otherwise advised.Adults up to 2 tablets per night, unless otherwise advised.
Use is not advised in case of hypersensitivity, children under 12 years of age, autoimmune disease, pregnant women, or while breastfeeding.
