Composition of Life Extension Estrogen for Women:
2 vegetarian tablets (= daily dose) contain:Calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 136 mg
Phosphorus (as dicalcium phosphate) 104 mg
Novasoy Soy isoflavone concentrate (non-GMOs) [standardized to 40% isoflavones) 137.5 mg
Broccoli Super Concentrate extract (plant) (standardized to 4% glucosinolates) 300 mg
Lifenol Hops (Humulus lupulus) extract (flower) (standardized to 30% punicalagins) 120 mg
HMRlignan Norway spruce (Picea abies) lignan extract (knot wood) (standardized to 90% Hydroxymatairesinol potassium acetate) 56 mg
Dong quai extract (root) (standardized to 1% ligustilide) 25 mg
Licorice extract (root) 25 mg
Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus) extract (fruit) (standardized to 5% flavonoids) 20 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearate, aqueous film coating (purified water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin).
Usage of Life Extension Estrogen for Women:
Take 2 vegetarian tablets in the morning with or without a meal, unless otherwise advised by your doctor or health professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.This product should be used cyclically: Use for three weeks and then stop for one week, starting on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle for premenopausal women. If you are taking an estrogen product, you should include cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage and/or cauliflower as part of your diet. Women should still use a natural progesterone cream when taking this product.
