Application of Life Extension Fast-C and Bio-Quercetin:

Fast-C and Bio-Quercetin is a product containing, among other things, Vitamin C, Calcium, and Bio-Quercetin.

Composition of Life Extension Fast-C and Bio-Quercetin:

Each tablet contains:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500 mg
Calcium (calcium carbonate) 79 mg
Magnesium (magnesium hydroxide) 8 mg
Bioperine piperine (from black pepper extract) 3 mg
Bio-Quercetin phytosome 14 mg
(with 5 mg quercetin from Japanese sophora concentrate (flower bud), Galactomannan from Fenugreek seed).

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, maltodextrin, sodium croscarmellose, vegetable stearate, silicon, coating (glycerin, purified water, hypromellose), sunflower lecithin and sunflower oil.

Usage of Life Extension Fast-C and Bio-Quercetin:

You take 1 tablet 1-2 times daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
Preferably take with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warning :
Do not take more than 15 mg of Bioperine per day.
