Pluggies Kids earplugs are equipped with special AlpineAcousticFilters. These filters attenuate noise to a maximum extent, while still allowing the child to hear enough of the environment. This prevents a feeling of isolation, allowing the child to continue to understand conversations.
Pluggies Kids earplugs also regulate the uncomfortable pressure on the eardrum during takeoff and landing. The filters act like a valve, ensuring a gradual and constant pressure balance between the outside world and the middle ear. This gives the Eustachian tube sufficient time to adjust to the pressure changes.
